CANCELLATION:
Within 24-hours, full refund. After 24-hours, orders CAN NOT be cancel due to item has started processing or has been shipped but not yet updated with tracking info.


RETURN & EXCHANGE:

FOR Clothing, Cosplay Items, Cosplay Costumes, Wigs and Mascots:
1) Custom Size: NO Return or Exchange
2) Regular Size: Only EXCHANGE is allow. Buyer is to return the item to us with their own shipping cost and pay additional shipping fee to exchange for the correct size with exceptional reason. We must be notified within 7 days of products' received. NO RETURN FOR REFUND due to many time cosplayers/customer will purchase and use for one time event or for holidays like Halloween, Christmas, Birthday, etc. If for any return approval as an exception, there will be a 45% restocking fee for the return.
3) For any orders with expedited service, the shipping fee is non-refundable if the customer did not claim their package in timely manner or if packages return back to us.

FOR Any Other Return Non-Related to Clothing, Cosplay Items, Costumes, Mascots, or Seasonal items:
For any return, customer must obtain authorization and must pay for shipping fee for item returning to us. Item must be new and in it's original packaging. Any used item can not be return or if approved for any reason may occurred 45% restocking fee. Any returns must accompany with a tracking number and confirmation of receipt. We are not responsible for lost in transit for the returns and will not refund for the lost. You must claim with the carrier with any lost of packages.

FOR Seasonal Item:
NO Return or Refund allow due to customer is using it for the season time. Any requested return must accompany with good explanation to get approval. Upon approval, customer must return the item back to us in Canada or appointed location. Customer must pay for shipping fee to return the item and advise us of return shipping tracking and confirmation. We are not responsible for lost in transit for the returns and will not refund for the lost. You must claim with the carrier with any lost of packages.

APPROVED RETURN FOR REFUND:
1) You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Any approved return will apply 45% restocking fee.
2) Customer must pay for shipping fee to return the item and advise us of return shipping tracking and confirmation.
3) We will refund within 3 business days upon receiving the return and inspections of the product. For approved returns, we must receive the item within 14 days for the return to be valid. Otherwise, return is not valid and we will not accept the return.
4) Expedited shipping is non-refundable if item is returned back to us.
